Roxanne Brown & Ed Cook

Roxanne has 25 years experience in leading C-suite transitions, multi-million-dollar change programs, and coaching countless leadership teams. She is the former global President of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). Roxanne's thinking has inspired companies to look at change as a lever for strengthening culture.

Ed is an experienced leader of large multinational organizations and complex initiatives. He is a former Navy pilot and flight instructor, and currently a Professor at the University of Richmond, teaching Analytics in the Robins School of Business. Ed brings an inspiring and inventive approach to leading change.

Together they use the combined perspectives of a change expert and business leader to help others navigate change and grow joy in the workplace.
